The story of Danish company VIPP started in 1932, thanks to its founder Holger Nielsen, who managed a peaceful family life and business from a small metal workshop in Randers. It was there that VIPP's famous trash bin originated, which became a permanent exhibit at MoMA in 2009 and a recognised piece of Danish design heritage.
