RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
To return or exchange a product, please notify us by email at info@skandiamo.lt, by telephone at +370 644 11 141, or by submitting a form on the skandiamo.lt website within 30 working days of receiving the shipment.
Please be aware that some quality items, such as bedding, towels, and similar products, which have been opened post-delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene regulations, cannot be returned under Lithuanian law.

WHEN RETURNING ITEMS, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
- The item must be in its original, neat packaging;
- The item must be undamaged;
- The item must be unused and in its retail condition, meaning the label remains intact and the protective film is not removed, etc. (This condition does not apply if a defective item is being returned);
- The item must be in its original configuration;
- Proof of purchase via a VAT invoice must accompany the return, along with a completed return request.
- If the returned item is incomplete, damaged, untidy, and/or improperly packaged, we reserve the right to reject the return and not refund the amount paid for the returned item. Such items will be returned to the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for adequately packaging the goods for return. The Buyer is liable for all direct costs associated with returning the goods unless agreed otherwise.
REFUND POLICY
If the returned items meet the return policy criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment account within 10 working days from the receipt of the returned items. If your returned items do not meet the return policy criteria, no refund will be issued.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY
If the item is of poor quality, you can request a replacement with a suitable quality item, a reduction in price, a return of the item, and a refund of your payment. Exchanges and returns of faulty items are carried out in line with the Purchase-Sale Rules and the legal provisions of the Republic of Lithuania. Returning defective items is at the Seller's expense.
