Swedish designer Steffan Holm has founded a studio in Gothenburg and works in the fields of interior, architecture, industrial design, and furniture design. Steffan Holm: „I have always been fascinated by the poetry of craftsmanship and the wonders of new technologies, as both of these essential elements drive the development of society. In my opinion, truly good design has never focused solely on practical functions, but rather on emotions, attachment, and commitment. Art or design? Well, does it matter? I just know that mass-produced artifacts rarely have the opportunity to take root in our lives until they are replaced by new ones. We need to connect and fall in love, from head to toe. To fulfill my mission, I work with the best Swedish craftsmen. My mission is to create products that have human qualities: good, evil, emotions, humor, and the feeling that they are alive.”
