Rikke Hagen graduated in 1998 from the Danish Design School with a specialization in glass and ceramics. Until 2008, she ran a glass workshop where she created limited-edition glass products. In 2004, Rikke founded her design studio „Copen Hagen“, where she continues to develop her creative concepts. Today, Rikke Hagen focuses on the design process, from idea and concept to the final product. „My vision is to create a product that is suitable for everyday use, simple and playful. A good piece is when the product finds its owner. It must be such that you wouldn't want anything else. This is a small but very important aspect of my work.“
