Swedish architect and designer Mattias Ståhlbom (born in 1971) studied interior architecture and furniture design at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. He is the co-founder of the internationally renowned Swedish design and architecture studio TAF Architects, where he works alongside his creative partner Gabriella Gustafson. Ståhlbom’s designs have been exhibited at prestigious institutions such as MoMA in New York and the National Museum of Sweden in Stockholm. His work has also been showcased at major international fairs, including Swedish Style in Tokyo, the Milan Furniture Fair, and design exhibitions in Seoul. He has designed furniture and kitchenware for several well-known Swedish brands and has experience working in the design field in New York. Over the years, Mattias Ståhlbom has received numerous awards, including the Young Design award, recognizing his creative impact on contemporary design.
