Amanda Borberg is a Danish designer based in Copenhagen. She holds a Master’s degree in Textile Design from the Royal Danish Academy – School of Architecture, Design, and Conservation. Currently working as a freelance designer, she creates textile and color palettes used in a variety of artistic projects across interior design, fashion, and the textile industry. Amanda’s style is defined by a timeless natural expression and a captivating interplay of colors. In collaboration with HAY, she aims to keep her designs simple, allowing space for form, material, and quality to shine – while adding a playful or melancholic touch. For HAY, Amanda Borberg has created the Bedé bedding series, Frotté towels, scented sachets, and striped kitchen towels.
