In 2010, Elina Aalto and Klaus Aalto founded their own design studio, Aalto + Aalto. Both designers shared a desire to create functional, aesthetic, and emotionally resonant objects that would bring something new to the material world. For them, it was natural to constantly explore and view everyday items from fresh perspectives. Aalto + Aalto have designed products for Kekkilä, Selki-Asema, SavetheC, and others.
