Simplicity defines the LATO side table, a sculptural piece by Luca Nichetto. Moving away from the conventional "table with four legs," Nichetto presents a piece characterized by balanced proportions, with a circular top and a clean, oval marble base. LATO – Italian for "side," is subtle yet remarkably impactful. Inspired by the shape of an inverted lollipop, Nichetto refines LATO into a rational yet iconic design. Monochromatic materials and soft colours complement the two available table versions. “The ivory white version blends effortlessly into any interior,” explains Nichetto. “The warm black version, however, stands out in any space.” Both light and dark marble options feature a semi-matte finish, embodying my preferred understated elegance.” Available in two sizes, shapes, and colours, LATO comes with a marble base. LN9 is the smaller version, standing at 45cm, with an oval tabletop. LN8 is a taller option at 50cm, featuring a round tabletop. Both tables comprise powder-coated steel and polished marble. Choose from light or dark variants: ivory white steel or lacquered oak with a light marble base, and warm black metal or lacquered walnut with a dark marble base.
