Harri Koskinen's creations have garnered significant international attention. In 1999, he designed a blown glass sculpture with clear, simple lines – the Lantern candle holder. A perfectly situated candle between transparent glass walls gives the illusion of a flame floating in the air.
In 2013, this icon re-emerged as an electric version. Electricity broadens the Lantern candle holder's use - lighting installations can be placed in various settings, such as shelves, tables, terraces or other public spaces. The Lantern's form is highly monumental, making it equally impressive whether powered by electricity or natural flame.
