The unique COLLAPSE vase presents an elegantly executed optical illusion, prompting you to pause and question: what is it that I see here? Indeed, this playfully provocative design emerged from designer Sofia Tufvasson's observations of the natural movement of curtain folds and the surprising shapes they form. The wind-swept textile swells and collapses, momentarily transcending the two-dimensional realm. With the use of ceramics, the designer captured this elusive process, giving it a tangible form and function. Whether paired with flowers or plants, the COLLAPSE vase accentuates the beauty of nature's forms, and as a standalone piece, it epitomises this beauty.
