These durable pots, combining cast iron and enamel, are suitable for use on the hob, in the oven, and over an open fire. The oak handle is used to lift the pot and remove the lid. It should not be placed in the oven with the pot.
Use wooden or plastic cutlery to avoid damaging the enamel.
